These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Stand Fast: Survival Arena (the "Game"), published by Mistvorn Games ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the terms of the app store you downloaded it from.

Ownership

The Game, including its code, art, audio, and design, is owned by Mistvorn Games and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This license does not transfer any ownership to you.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except where permitted by law;
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Game or any part of it;
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

No Warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mistvorn Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Game.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above will reflect the date of the most recent change. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
